Wonderwheel Recordings is proud to present our first 12" entitled "Bailalo," by dj Angola, featuring Ico Manzanero (Larry Harlow Orchestra) on vocals and Neil Sugarman (from the Sugarman 3) on flute. It revisits the original Salsoul NYC sound supplying ample rhythm, percussion and funk. On the flip side Quantic (Tru Thoughts) delivers an Afro-Latin-Rhythm-Lovin' Remix around the 115 BPM range that'll be sure to turn on tables everywhere.

DJ Angola is one of the busiest dj's ever seen! One day he's in London turning it out city to city, the next day he's dj'ing parties in the BK or at one of his residencies at APT and Bungalow 8. All these dj experiences keep him in full accord with party people of all sorts and his productions show how Angola fuses many of these elements into a cohesive sound. Will Holland, aka Quantic,

Venezuelan born Ico Manzanero
is a young singer, dancer and all around entertainer who is part of the great Larry Harlow Orchestra. He's performed with many of the great Salsa legends including the Fania Allstars and continues to dance on air with his "Salsa Tap Swing" style.

Sax and flute wonder Neil
Sugarman is a very funky man! His live funk group, "The Sugarman 3," is dedicated to the 70's funk and jazz sound that we all love. With productions on his own Daptone Record label, Neil is one of the key cats in NYC and the World who's keeping the funk alive! www.daptonerecords.com
